veroooo Incredible but ... the Jaca Book I paid the first installment (not all eh!) Of the first work done in February! We should celebrate! My ears are still closed, I a bad cold ... Today I attended two hours of "cooking" ... the class is wonderful, complete with ovens, hot plates for cooking, each student has his own space, his tools ... Tuesday will bring a recipe and I also teach them something about Italian food ...
Yesterday I had my first Italian lesson with a class of my own ... I have around thirty pupils, but we must at least split them into two groups.
And finally I made the history lesson tomorrow, after days of indecision and hard work ... I will speak of the resistance, the partisans and I will listen and explain the song "Hello Beautiful" ... every Italian knows it, I think it is a crucial element of our culture. It definitely hit more of an explanation of any postwar Italian author.
